Founded in 2023 by a group of established legal professionals, VSC Oy is a law firm with an international outlook and solid expertise in our areas of specialism.
Our team has extensive international experience in private law and commercial assignments, particularly between Finland, Turkey and the United Kingdom. We are multilingual, well-connected and have professional links with the Finnish Chamber of Commerce and various embassies.
VSC Oy provides assistance in the areas of immigration, commercial law, criminal law and family law, both within Finland and internationally. Our clients’ needs are important to us; we aim to deliver the best result possible in every case, without the stress and distraction of language barriers.
Both our firm and staff have strong links with the United Kingdom; we are honoured to be in a position to help build and strengthen the ties between our countries. Regarding UK law, we have a particular focus on Scottish energy law as well as a deep knowledge of Finnish and British foreign affairs. We are always up to speed with the latest implications of Brexit for immigration and trade – our Managing Partner has even written a research paper on the economic effects of the UK’s post- Brexit immigration policy.
Turkey is our firm’s speciality and strongest area of expertise, both in a legal and commercial sense. We have been honoured to make the acquaintance of numerous Turkish officials and representatives of state, such as President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Our portfolio includes some of Turkey’s strongest law firms as partners, and we have commercial connections in various sectors.
It is important to us that we offer our clients an environment in which they can communicate easily in Turkish with an expert Finnish legal professional. Our CEO speaks fluent Turkish and, thanks to his legal know-how and network of connections, can handle such cases with ease.
